We would like to inform you that Industra Bank Management Board member Jānis Diedišķis will leave the bank on 28 November 2025. Jānis was responsible for business development and customer service.

Jānis Diedišķis joined the Industra Bank team at a time when the bank was actively strengthening its customer service quality and creating a modern service environment for small and medium-sized enterprises in Latvia. His professional contribution, leading the customer service area and developing corporate lending solutions, has helped the bank reach higher service standards and has brought significant value to our customers’ experience.

“We thank Jānis for his contribution to the development of Industra Bank. Under his leadership, we have strengthened our customer service culture and introduced many changes to the services we provide, allowing us to work faster, with greater transparency, and in closer cooperation with Latvian entrepreneurs,” says Raivis Kakānis, Chairman of the Management Board of Industra Bank.

“Jānis’s contribution to the development of Industra Bank has also been significant from the perspective of shareholders and the Supervisory Board. He has promoted the achievement of the bank’s strategic goals – strengthening relationships with Latvian entrepreneurs, improving service quality, and building a sustainable foundation for growth. We thank Jānis for his professionalism, responsible work, and cooperation. We wish him success in his future endeavours,” emphasizes Jurijs Adamovičs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Industra Bank.

Until a new Management Board member is appointed, the Industra Bank Management Board will consist of three members: Raivis Kakānis, Chairman of the Management Board; Artūrs Veics, responsible for finance; and Kristaps Zaķis, responsible for compliance and AML.
