• Option to issue additional cards for family members or other individuals. All additional card users can enjoy the same benefits as you. You can determine how the additional card will function and specify the transactions allowed.
• Credit limits based on salary.

Mastercard Debit
A payment card for convenient daily transactions. 

• Withdraw cash up to EUR 400 per month without commission at any ATM in Europe in euros.
• Option to issue additional cards for family members or other individuals. All additional card users can enjoy the same benefits as you. You can determine how the additional card will function and specify the transactions allowed.
• Option to apply for overdraft.
• Option to purchase travel insurance.

• To activate your card, navigate to the "Cards" section in the Industra Bank mobile app or internet bank. Choose "Activate" and click "Save." Confirm your selection with the authentication method used in the mobile app or internet bank. Once successfully confirmed, your card will be active and ready for use.
• To freeze or block your card, access the "Cards" section in the Industra Bank mobile app or internet bank. Select "Freeze" or "Block," then click "Save." A frozen card can be unfrozen, while a blocked card becomes unusable and requires ordering a new one.

For secure online shopping with your card, ensure you have selected a secure authentication method:

• go to the allowed transactions section in the mobile app or internet bank and make sure the "Authentication Method Choice" field is filled;
• if it is empty, choose your preferred authentication method and click "Save";
• confirm your choice using the authentication method you use in the mobile app or internet bank.
• You can also change the authentication method by selecting "Save" after making changes.

For a more convenient online shopping experience, it is recommended to choose the Industra Bank mobile app as the authentication method. Using the mobile app, confirming transactions becomes simpler, more comfortable, and faster, as you will not need to enter a password and code during the transaction confirmation. Instead, use FaceID, fingerprint, or PIN 1 code, depending on your preferences set in the Industra Bank mobile app.

Cashback for hotel bookings is refunded within the following terms:

• If payment is made on the finalprice platform and the hotel's policy is "non-refundable" - cashback is refunded within 24 hours from the time of payment.
• If payment is made on the finalprice platform and the hotel's policy is "refundable" - cashback is refunded within 24 hours after checkout.
• If payment is made at the hotel - cashback is refunded within 15-45 days after checkout.

For car rental services, cashback is refunded within 45 days after the car is returned.

For flight bookings, cashack is refunded at the beginning of each month, for used flights and tickets bought last month.

The Standard travel insurance program is included for Mastercard Gold cardholders and is valid for multiple trips throughout the card's usage period. The Silver travel insurance program is included for Mastercard Business World cardholders and is valid throughout the card's usage period.

How to submit an insurance claim?

The insurance claim application must be submitted within 30 days after the accident, choosing the most convenient method for you:

• Sending the insurance claim application by email to: info(abols)compensa.lv
• Filling out the insurance claim application on www.compensa.lv in the "Claims" section
• Visiting "Compensa" customer service centre in person.

When applying for a claim, the following documents must be submitted (detailed information is provided in the insurance terms and conditions):

• Insurance claim application with a detailed description of the accident;
• Medical certificate specifying the exact diagnosis.
