Mobile banking

With the Industra Bank mobile application, you can conveniently manage your own or corporate daily finances from wherever you are.

The Industra Bank app now includes both the authorization tool Industra Code, which allows you to connect to online banking and approve transactions, and the mobile banking feature for conducting transactions efficiently in the fast-paced routine of everyday life.

Key features of the mobile application include:

  • Industra Code
    • Authorize to log in to internet bank or mobile banking, approve transactions, including the approval of online purchases with payment cards.
  • Accounts
    • Monitor account balances and transactions.
    • View account statements.
    • Share your account details using any communication application on your smartphone.
  • Payments
    • Transfer funds between your accounts.
    • Make payments to IBAN accounts (other types of payments are available in the full internet banking version).
    • Perform currency conversions.
    • Create payments using previously saved templates or recent transactions.
  • Cards
    • Manage your payment cards by activating, freezing/unfreezing, blocking, and adjusting authorized transactions and transaction limits.
  • Other Functions
    • Receive notifications from the bank regarding transactions on your accounts.
    • Communicate with the bank.
    • Review your personal information.
    • Choose the preferred language for the application.
    • Access bank contact details and account information.
    • Switch to the full internet banking version.

Technical Requirements

  • A mobile device with Android (7.0 or newer) or iOS (14.01 or newer) operating system version.
  • The mobile device must have screen lock enabled.

What do you need to use the Mobile App:

If you are already using Industra Code:

  • Update the Industra Bank mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.
  • Log in to the app with your previously used mobile app access code, now referred to as PIN1.
  • Follow the instructions in the app to create a new PIN2, a five-digit combination that you will use to confirm orders (documents, messages, payment orders, or other instructions) moving forward. Until now, the app did not require the use of PIN2, so every user of the app will need to create it anew.

For new users:

  • Open a current account with Industra Bank and sign an agreement for using online banking.
  • Download the Industra Bank mobile app from the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone.
  • Log in using your online banking access data, User ID, password, and authentication tool.
  • Create PIN1 and PIN2 access codes for convenient use of online banking and mobile banking.
