On 16 December 2025, Klāvs Poriķis joins the Management Board of Industra Bank. He will be responsible for the Bank’s customer service area, including client acquisition, further development of customer offerings and raising customer satisfaction to an even higher level.

Klāvs Poriķis joins the Industra Bank team at a time when the Bank has entered a phase of rapid growth, while maintaining a strong and consistent focus on customer satisfaction. With extensive experience in sales management gained at fast-growing companies such as Virši, Enefit and Lattelecom (now TET), Klāvs is a strong addition to the Industra team. His expertise in team leadership, understanding client needs and attracting new clients will play an important role in the implementation of the Bank’s growth plans.
