Become a client

We are the only bank in Latvia which distinctly focuses on co-operation with entrepreneurs - large and small - manufacturers, service providers, implementers of ideas and developers. Become a bank's customer remotely - through a video call, or by visiting the nearest customer service center.

Become a remote customer by having a video call with a bank employee

  • if the company representative has a qualified electronic signature
  • a computer or mobile phone with a camera is necessary.

If any of the conditions are not met, please schedule an in-person appointment.

Become a customer visiting customer centre in person

  • Contact us at +371 67019393 and schedule a convenient time for your visit to the bank. Together, we will perform the necessary steps for opening an account,
  • or fill out an application, and a bank employee will get in touch with you.

Fill out the Application for starting cooperation, and a bank employee will contact you to agree on the best method of identification and time.

When visiting the bank you will need:

If the company is registered in the Republic of Latvia:
• Documents proving the identity of the authorized signatory and all the Ultimate beneficial owners of the company
• If the company is not registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, it is necessary to provide Statute / Articles of Association, as well as documents certifying the fact of registration and legal address. 

If the company is not registered in the Republic of Latvia:
• Documents certifying the fact of registration and legal address, such as Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Register of Enterprises of the respective country, or a certified extract
• Statute / Articles of Association describing the procedure for granting authority to signatories
• A document certifying the authority of signatories 
• Documents certifying participants and the ultimate beneficial owners of the client

Documents can be submitted in Latvian, Russian, English. Documents in other languages must be accompanied by a notarized translation into Latvian, English or Russian.
