On Sunday, 12 October, from 07:00 to 18:00, Industra Bank’s Internet Bank and Mobile App will be temporarily unavailable due to system upgrade works. During this time, online shopping with Industra Bank cards will also be limited.
After the maintenance is completed, clients will need to update their mobile application to the latest version.

  • if you are an individual over 18 years old you have a qualified electronic signature;
  • you have access to a computer or mobile phone with a camera

When going to the bank, please bring a valid personal identification document with you.
