Gusts Doniks began his internship as a programmer in the Information Technology Department. He is studying computer science and says that almost everything felt new when he started at the bank. This gave him the chance to apply his academic knowledge in practice and learn something new every day. He admits that on his first day, he hardly understood anything about programming, banking operations, or the company’s culture, so he had to quickly adapt to the new environment and learn various processes. It didn’t take long before Gusts began to feel confident in his work.
Now Gusts works full-time at Industra bank and expresses gratitude to his colleagues for their knowledge and patience. He emphasizes that anyone can turn their internship into a career — the key is to keep learning every day.
