1 Foreign currency coins are not accepted by the Bank.
2 The Bank reserves the right not to accept worn and damaged banknotes if they do not comply with the Bank’s internal requirements (General Business Terms and Conditions).
The service is available (in all specified currencies) for Customer who hold an account with the Bank.
4 Amounts exceeding EUR 3 000 or the equivalent in another currency must be ordered in writing a Customer Service Centre at least 2 (two) business days in advance.
5 If such currency is available at the Bank.
6 Coins must be sorted by denominations.
7 The coin processing fee is charged, in addition to the fee for cash deposit and cash withdrawal transactions.
