1 The application is reviewed after payment of the service fee. If an Escrow account agreement is concluded, the fee for preparation of the Escrow account agreement is concluded, the fee for preparation of the Escrow account agreement shall be reduced by this amount. If the Escrow account agreement is not concluded, the document review fee shall not be-refunded.
2 The agreement is executed in Latvian for an unpledged real estate sale and purchase transaction between one buyer and a one seller after the full set of required documents has been submitted to the Bank.
