1 Subject to prior arrangement with the customer regarding the place of receiving the card at Industra Bank, the card is made within 1 working day if the request is submitted till 12.00 a.m.
2 SEPA - Single EURO Payment Area.
3 Fee includes two consignments within Latvia: card and PIN code.
4 Free of charge, changing the limit independently in the internet bank.
5 If the investigation of the complaint requires documents confirming the transaction, a fee corresponding to the actual cost of the service will apply.
6 Interest is calculated on a negative account balance.
7 The fee is applied from the moment the card is handed over for shipment.
8 The service provides access to more than 1500 VIP airport lounges in more than 143 countries. The service is available from 05.02.2024.
9 The service provides out-of-line access to security checkpoints at global airports, including Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, using one user-friendly application. The service is available from 05.02.2024.
