Industra Bank has granted EUR 2.2 million in financing to Esinvest SIA for the development of Asteres, a modern, well-planned and family-friendly private housing development in Garkalne.

The Asteres development will comprise 136 residential plots. Active house construction is currently under way, alongside the installation of utility infrastructure for the remaining plots, including electricity, water supply and sewerage. The development will feature paved streets, street lighting, a children’s playground, a recreational area for leisure, as well as video surveillance for residents’ safety.

Asteres has been designed as a family-oriented living environment close to nature, with a forest, the River Gauja and a lake nearby, while still offering convenient access to Ādaži, Rīga and the sea. Five houses have already been completed and commissioned. The homes are intended both for sale and for rent.
