We have made changes to the price list of the bank's services for legal entities, which will come into force on August 1, 2025.

Key changes to the price list for legal entities:

• Clarified information regarding the commission fee related to AML/CTF and sanctions risk management, including the specification of a maximum fee amount;
• Changes to cash transaction commission fees.

Changes applicable only to resident legal entities:

• Increased commission fees for document preparation under the Additional Services section;
• Changes in the scope of legal entities in the context of the Commercial Activity Income account;
• The monthly fee for using a payment card will not be applied to each additional card if at least one purchase or cash withdrawal transaction of at least EUR 1 has been made with the respective card in the previous month.
